• It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.2 Account Verification

yk44 reserves the right to verify your identity and financial information at any time. If the required documents for verification (national ID, mobile number verification, etc.) are not provided on time, the withdrawal facility on the account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification & Identity

To use the yk44 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use casino or betting services.

We may request a government-issued ID for age verification at the time of registration or at any point after. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at yk44 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer) is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.

• For deposits, only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. When withdrawing:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements related to that bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, yk44 may request additional verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members at yk44 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply to receiving bonus benefits and withdrawing bonus funds.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• yk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

• If a game result is cancelled due to a technical issue, the relevant bet will be refunded.
• The outcome of a game in progress at the time of a disconnection is stored on the server and will be considered final.

• For bets placed before odds change, the original odds will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yk44. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting activities with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using fraudulent methods or software.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or use harmful software.
• Claiming chargebacks or refunds using false information.

Account Suspension & Closure

yk44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any part of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If incorrect or false information has been provided.
• If documents required for verification are not submitted.
• If age-related terms are violated.

8.2 Closure by Member
